Lux Home Belgrade Agency provides a unique service to property owners – property management under the concept of full service.
This service is intended for property owners who rent out their property but are unable to fully and securely dedicate themselves to the rental business. Based on the Mediation Agreement and Authorization, Lux Home Belgrade Agency manages the property on behalf of the Landlord during the leasing process, collects rent, oversees the payment of expenses related to the property, and monitors the usage of the property. The agency also offers additional services such as home services – hygienic cleaning, electrician, plumber, air conditioning service, etc.
